Christmas we do a Brunch.
Everything is homemade from scratch.
Or as close to scratch as we can.
Homemade Roast hash, Eggs benedict with Canadian bacon, and  Hollandaise Sauce.
New this year I'm making breakfast egg rolls with Chokecherry brown sauce. Bacon, link sausages, Sausage and white gravy, Hash browns, Homemade bread toast.
Cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls, buttermilk butter Biscuits, dollar pancakes.
All homemade Sprits cookies, peanut brittle, peanut clusters, Fudge, and Chocolate Chex mix( think Carmel popcorn only with Chex). Fresh citrus fruits.
Eggnog, orange juice, milk, coffee.
I think that's most of it...
It's open house so anybody may show up, normally 16 or 18 people. We even have an ER doctor (dear friend and neighbor ) that eats with us and will stand by if your Diabetes wacky out or your arteries harden as you eat.
Big smile

That sounds really good D. Add Deaddogs prime rib to that and you should all get plenty to eat.

We have our big get together on Christmas eve. we usually don't see the kids on Christmas day.
This year on Christmas day one of my daughters and my granddaughter are spending the day with us. I got a small prime rib that I'm going to put on the smoker. I'ts not going to be a big thing but we'll have baked potatoes some kind of vegtable and Jalapino bread.

I'm looking forward to a quiet day.

Let's see 2 day drive to DD for prime rib breakfast, another 500 miles to Wing's for lunch (more prime rib), then another 400 miles  to D4570 for dinner and desert.  Can do...that fat old guy coming to your house will not be Santa...just a fat olde Bear.

It looks like someone "tested" one of your dinner rolls.

Fresh home made bread is one of my weaknesses.

Bear, Be sure to let us know how the turkey turns out. I haven't fried a turkey since I got a smoker but I'm not too sure fried isn't better.
