Yesterday I roasted a whole turkey breast on the BBQ.
We had home made dressing made from left over homemade bread, cranberry souse, mashed potatoes, and drippings gravy.
Really good.
But a lot of turkey breast left, sooo.
How about turkey sandwiches tonight, OK.
But not just sandwiches but turkey sandwiches on homemade Mediterranean flat bread. Sauteed onions, sweet peepers, mushrooms, lettuces, and raspberry vinaigrette. My wife put cranberry sauce on hers too.
DANG sometimes I impress my self.
