on a good day of PD hunting how many rounds should one take?

I'm reloading for the season, as time is dragging.

I personally have shot close to 300 in one day.
But that's very uncommon. If It was a BIG drive long walk or something I would plan 200 even if it was a crappy day it can always turn on and "bang" your short on ammo.
BUT WHAT EVER you do keep a full clip in resurvey for the walk back.
Just in case there flanking you from the rear...

High of 44* here today and had some snow too...
How many loaded shells can a person fly with?
Anyone if needed can UPS/FedEx them here.
I'm hoping to get out and do something tomorrow.
A buddy gave my a 1000 plus shot shell hulls and wads.
I have two 8 pound jugs of Green dot I got for nothing, and
Some one gave my 2 bag each 7 1/2 and 6 shot.
I could load up a life time supply of lead shot shells for Me , Boy, D-I-L and my buddy for free just my time. A few boxes a year is plenty of lead, just don't do much with led anymore.
Then the water bug, there is always the bug to occupy my time.
One day I'll Finnish her, I HOPE.

I had a 200 round day one time with Grumpy2. That was a hell of a day.

Other days I thing I would be covered with 150 rounds. Some days a lot less than that.

I plan on loading every piece of .243 brass I have in expectation for a trip to Montana. I will bring at least one other rifle with a few hundred rounds just in case.

Wait a second!!! Just hold up! Guys this is a trick question. Bear said in his other post he would be switching to a camera. He's testing us to see if we are enabling him. So to that I say at least a couple bricks and some smooth hootch for after the carnage!
...oh yeah! thats gonna hurt!

We have not been allowed to buy ' hooth' in Pennsylvania.

BUT since all hooth in PA is only sold thru PA State owned stores......the gov't got tired of loosing money.  so you can now legally order it on line.  I've been driving to OHIO (legal there).

I think in addition to the drastic rise of alcohol sales their will be a baby boom in about 9 months.
