Wife is out of town.

Made a wild turkey breast.  basic, just some EVO and lemon juice for a saute.

But I added thin chopped Garlic scrapes.  and a small can of crushed pineaple (drained).  delicious.

I might add another thread just on Garlic Scrapes...doubt anyone but Tas even knows what they are?

I'm not sure I know what your using.
We have a patch of garlic chives we use a lot.
I love to roast my Garlic head in tinfoil and smothered in EVO.
I use them IN cooking like normal much milder taste, and we mass it up and mix in Sour cream or butter and cream cheese for spreads.

We're having shaved left over roast beef and homemade herb flat bread sandwiches  for dinner.

Garlic scrapes are the tipsof the garlic plant.  They look much like chives or shalots, but taste different,

wild turkey breast is very tasty when cooked real slow (low flame) on a gas grill after soaking in a concoction of your choice for a few hours and then baste it liberally as it cooks with same concoction as it Slowly cooks and turn frequently until done. Garlic is a good choice for nearly any meat.
