Fella's;

This is a sandwich that as far as I know, comes from a
small deli/restaurant in Casper Wyoming. My family first
ran across it there in any case, & loved it. I had my
own version for dinner tonight & thought I'd share the
recipe.

We use Montana made "Beer Baron" sausages. Regardless,
you want a thick sausage that's full of flavor. The
typical Beer Baron is about 7" long & about an inch
thick. Slice it, but don't split it into two pieces, &
grill.

Toast, or not, your preference, a hoagie or steak roll.
It's gotta be big enough to easily hold the sausage &
fixin's

Crumble at least a strip of bacon per sausage.
Grate at least two tablespoons of sharp cheddar per
sausage. Have "Horsey" sauce, a creamy horseradish and
good sauerkraut at hand.

Prep bun with mayo, mustard, horsey, & place sausage on
it. Then in the valley put crumbled bacon & top with
sauerkraut & cheddar.

Serve with the side dish of choice and beer. TWAWKI
WILL come to an end if no beer is involved in the
eating of it.

You have been warned. Enjoy anyway.

Wing;

It's on the 600 block of Center Street, across the street
from Mountain Sports. It's on the northwest corner of the
intersection, but I can't remember the name of it. Back
when, it was the Bluebird Grocery, but that's looooong
gone!
