This week I made it back to Sedalia, MO for a tour of Starline brass.
They purchase their brass in cup form and extrude it from there. Some cases were different but most of the lots I saw go through about 25 steps some being inspections. They do mostly straight walled cases but are tooling up for .308. I noticed some brass that had a Hornady head stamp and asked the tour guide. He said they make brass for several companies but didn't elaborate on which ones. Another interesting tour. A very loud work place. DD |

I bet that was an interesting tour.
After seeing how stuff is made, I sometimes wonder how they keep the price down. Wing master |
