HAPPY THANKSGIVING..........Here is a recipe I thought you would like for the holidays Ingredients: Sprinkle with salt and pepper and any other seasonings you prefer. Lightly pepper the area between the skin and breast meat. Slide lemon halves under the skin with the peel side up, one on each side. This way the juice from the lemon will release into the breasts.
to roast until juices run clear, basting every 15-20 minutes.
look like the one in the picture. |

So I've been tasked with the turkey cooking this year. I've done alright
in the past but suffer the anxiety of messing it up. Any tips or recipes? I'll be doing it in a electric roaster and not a fryer this year because I have to relocate it to the relatives house. :20 away. I was thinking about the uncooked popcorn method of telling when it was done but am unsure? Happy T-Day in advance. DD |
