My father-in-law has one of these little German revolvers, but it is missing the part that ejects the casings. Any idea where to find parts? |

Thanks, I appreciate the info. Is that a local shop for you or found on the 'net? I haven't checked locally (Alabama) and was really fishing for any familiarity with the Rohm in general. Some have told me that it's not worth the trouble and may not even be safe to fire. He carried it for years in a back pocket when he owned a gas station. Bet it's OK. Thanks again.

dawg - that link i posted was to an "internet pawn shop" that i found when doing a yahoo search on the make and model. the only other relavent info found was this: --------------------- # 4194 - Rohm - RG10 - .22 Short - Approx. 2.3" - Unknown - 1238571 - Rohm GM2(? )H Sonthe1(? )M/Brenz How old is this gun, where did it come from, and is it worth anything? ------------------------------ here's the link, if you want to check it out: http://oldguns.net/cgi-bin/f2f/f2f.pl?http://oldguns.net/q&a8_01.htm not much to go on, but perhaps you can get in touch with the company in germany (if it still exists) and ask them about parts. you might also ahve it checked by a good 'smith, who may be able to recommend and "alternatve" part as well as evaluate the weapon and decide if it might be safe to shoot! as for whether or not it is worth "fixing," i would say that the monetary value should be considered, but any "family history" or "sentimental" value should be considered on a scale which has twice the weight as the monetary one! |

Look at my post "What a Deal" of 9/17/03 for my opinion of RG revolvers. Gun Parts Corporation (Numrich Arms) has the ejector for RG10s in stock, for $9.95. Go to gunpartscorp.com. |
