This is for Dep. Al, Buckshot, BruceB or anyone that knows about this round. Friend picked up a 1895 Swedish Nagant revolver. Have'nt slugged barrel yet but it seems to be 308 to 312 bore. I have heard you make the brass out of a 32-20 case. Any info would be a big help.  Bronco67----   rsapp67@vcn.com

According to Donnelly,it can be formed from .32/20 or .25/20.
Trim to length (.890) and size. Looks like the real problem is getting
.325 bullets for the beast. Might shoot ok with the RCBS .323 mold for the Nambu.

Triggerguard: Thanks for the info. Looks like my first priority is sluggin the barrel. I've got some 32-20 cases so the trim length is very helpful. They want $135.00 for loading dies, so I will have to be inventive when it comes to loading them. As soon as I find bore dia, I'll check into the Nambu mold. Just started doing research on this thing last night. Find out there are quite a few collectors out there. The gun has Husqvarna stamped on it, but no dates or calibur. The gun is in very good cond and everything is tight. It's one of the single action models. Will post on here as the experimenting goes along.  Thanks again    Bronco67

You might check Buffalo Arms for already formed cases. He's pretty inexpensive, and it might beat cutting fifty cases by hand! Where did you get the die quote from? Huntington's? Try CH4D. Probably quite a bit cheaper, and CH dies are pretty good.     http://www.buffaloarms.com

Crap! I'm going to give up on posting links here, Everytime I try, they end up
as dead ends. Go to www.buffaloarms.com, and www.CH4D.com.
