It's about 30 miles PAST "the ends of the earth, where RobertMT  is camped"DeadConfused
Bear I was at North 40 formerly Big R and they had your 525 22 shells for about 4 cents a piece $29 a brick.
I sent you a text but you must have been shooting....

I hope to leave early enough tomorrow, to get there before dark.

Columbia Falls to Big Sandy 285 miles, 5hrs, 14 miles to state land 1/2hr.

Is it better to cut off at Chester to Fort Benton (223) or go all the way to Havier (87)?   Same mileage either way, I don't remember mt223 as too bad of road. It's been years, been as far as Tiber that way.

Personally I'd go in to Havre and down, gota be a bit closer.
38 miles back up north to BS from FB.
35 mile down from Havre to BS but you don't go as far east as you go south to go through FB, better place to get gas anyway.
Be careful LOTA DEER along the roads.

Not that we are all great shots but we will "Miss" you Wing.

Left GF @ 9:15am, rolled into Eureka @ 1:15pm; 4hrs on the dot. Havre is nearly an identical travel time and WAY less intersections.

Also, I'll be driving my 4door toppered pickup completely empty, so plenty of room for equipment and 4 passengers.

Got back home, after my misadventures. Sorry I had to cut it short, but at some point, you have to stop pushing on that rope.

Believe it or not, I had a great time, it was nice putting face to handle, and thanks for inviting me over.

I hope everyone else has great rest of weekend, if it's not raining too much, grandson's coming over Sunday to shoot.
