Hey guys, last night I was poking around on the web looking for a new Weaver K2.5 to put on my Remington 742, but I couldn't find any. Did they can this sweet little scope? I have a Lyman All American 4x30(somewhere in there) on it now, but it seems to be a bit too much scope for the type of terrain I am using it in. A Weaver k2.5 would be just about perfect. Weaver still has it on their site, but I checked Cabelas, SWFA, binoculars.com, natchezss, midsouth, opticsplanet, bearbasin, but can't find it anywhere. I even checked ebay, but they only had the old steel tube ones. Guess my next option for something cheaper than the leupold (not going to pay 270 dollars for a 2.5x20) is the Burris FF2 2.5x20 for $172 from SWFA. The K2.5 was about 115. Guess I will just make do with the 4x for now.
