I'm not calling this pig a forkie horn, yes it only has two on each side.

I clobbered this deer at 200 yards with the 8mm, it was standing next to a very nice 4 point.
I picked him over the 4 because he was MUCH bigger then the other.
He has one tooth left on the bottom and 24" horns with exceptional mass around the base.
He is an old deer, just no points.
The 8 is death on deer, 200 gr barnes,3200 fps is way plenty.
In the pocket DBL lung top of the heart. He still ran 100 yards and ran head first in to a tree, nuts!

anyway look at the size of this guy, I have him lifted with my old man thingy and I'm standing on my tail gate of the f150.

Now I have to get a doe sometime this week, the season ends for my doe tag next Sunday.

I worked on my M3500 and need to do a swan before they leave.

Nice deer.  Yep an old boy.  As they get older they have less points each year.  Probably a 10 point (both side count) 2 years ago.

My deer is still out there....some place!

congratulations D

Way to go D. Good shot.

I assume from the picture you could get to him with your lift thingy?

It's always a bonus when you don't have to drag one very far.
