It's supposed to snow and the wind will blow but at 5:00 am we're off with the boat for a deer hunt. There is just two of us left to tag out and my boy is letting one of his work chums come along too. Thats will be four in the boat thats plenty. Tiber Reservoir is the destination for this hunt. It is steep river brakes type of hunting only we start on the bottom. This is were the deer run to to get away from the hunters. Late in the season we have seen 200 deer scattered along the lake sleeping in the sun. It sounds easy doesn't it ? NOT! It is nice to be able to push them down over the brakes to the boat and not have to air lift them to the top.The boy will be the driver and spotter he has eyes of an eagle. His wife would come but with a 5 point whitey and 3 does tagged she is finished. He has a six point Muley and two does and a 5 point elk he is only looking for coyotes and birds. We all tagged out on Antelope too + two does.Hope we don't all drown or get frozen in some bay, Hope to have a story and maybe even a deer to show off.

No but it should have. All the mud and our hunting gear. There was little room for game!!!

The wind and snow and rain made for a ruff hunt. We found lots of deer but they were all skin heads and Dinks (under 4 points ). some we slipped up on to under 50 feet.
