I have a 45 colt, the story already posted.
My son has 3, 45 ACP of assorted brands and types. One is a 1911 knockoff. He ordered a conversion for it to 45 special kind of in between the ACP and colt. Sounds kind of fun. |

That sounds fun and interesting. It sounds like you better get to casting. Those semi autos can go through the lead.

dale, What gun does he intend to use that .45 special conversion kit on???? Cowboy .45 Special case, with its .45
Colt rim and .45 Auto length.....I don't think this case would work in a 1911 pistol since it has a Rimmed case. Are the others revolvers? That .45 Spl case would work ok in your Ruger BH. #1640 - 45 Cowboy Special Brass (Large Pistol primer)Cowboy 45 Special, 45 SPL, C45S0.892 - 0.896 O.A.L.
